Having reviewed your goals, budget and timeline, it's time to contact us and work out the details. At that time, we will schedule an in-depth interview via phone, in person, SKYPE or another convenient method. Our goal is to establish the key elements that allow us to create a graphic identity that communicates with your customers.

We will provide an outline of required information so that you can be prepared to discuss key items.

Here's a sample of the information we'll review:

Your Business: We need to understand what you do, what you sell and to whom. While we may ask some detailed questions, the details of your strategy remain confidential. This information enables us to define your brand and help it rise above your competition.

What makes you unique and why will someone buy from you? We need to know your competitors so be prepared with a list.

Elements: Name, Logo, Color Theme, Brand, Stationery, Sales Sheets. Required business items, such as, invoices, online stationery, brochures, postcards, website, affiliates, social networking, e-commerce, etc.

Style: Your likes, your dislikes for print, web and marketing approaches. Your preferences may be driven by your competition but, more importantly, you need to attract and relate to your customers.

Timeframe: We will assemble a calendar of due dates and deadlines and stick to them.

Budget: While doing it right the first time is vitally important, it is just as important that we understand your budget parameters so we design with that in mind.
